Rolston and Company: Company Info
Rolston & Company offers many services to assist you with your commercial real estate needs—everything from consultation to appraising to buying and selling. We specialize in the brokerage and appraisal of commercial and investment real estate. Owner, Darrell Rolston, is a WV General Certified Appraiser, an SRPA and a CCIM—the highest attainable certification in West Virginia assuring you that we have all the education and experience necessary to provide accurate estimates of market value. Many clients trust Rolston and Company to provide court testimony relating to real estate values including the before and after value of property by the determination of both the existence and amount of damages.
Allowing Rolston and Company to represent you as the seller provides many financial benefits. We perform cash flow analyses on investment properties for sale or for acquisition. Based upon market-derived costs and rents, a cash flow analysis provides scenarios of investment returns matching investors' goals. We can also determine the highest and best use of a property by means of feasibility analysis.
If you are looking for property for your business needs, let us help! We provide site selection and acquisition services for commercial businesses such as fast food restaurants, convenience stores, warehouses, offices and multi-family housing and can facilitate transactions on your behalf.
Broker, General Certified Appraiser
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of West Virginia as well as a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser. I am also an experienced Buyer-Broker who has successfully handled commercial and investment properties throughout West Virginia.
Clients benefit from my experience in purchase negotiation by obtaining the best possible purchase or sale price on a property. They also have extra assurance knowing that I am recognized as a commercial appraiser in obtaining mortgage financing.
I have over 30 years' experience in the real estate business with an extensive background in real estate finance, site selection for commercial properties, sales, appraisal and consultation. I have been recognized for this experience and education by earning both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) by the National Association of Realtors and the Senior Real Property Appraiser (SRPA) by the Appraisal Institute. My experience has qualified me as an expert witness in West Virginia in connection with real estate values.
